Located in downtown Caldwell, the Caldwell Artist Collective (CAC) is a creative hub dedicated to empowering visual artists through hands-on learning, mentorship, and community connection. With a growing focus on diverse art classes—ranging from mixed media and figure drawing to zine-making and mosaics—CAC offers artists of all levels a place to experiment, grow, and thrive.

Through structured support, engaging workshops, and access to key resources, CAC helps artists hone their style, build consistency, and accelerate their creative practice for public engagement. While we continue to offer artist residencies on a limited, inquiry-only basis, our primary mission now centers around supporting artists through dynamic classes and collaborative learning opportunities.

Inspired by Caldwell’s pioneering spirit and the untamed beauty of the Owyhee Mountains, CAC fosters innovation, risk-taking, and creative excellence. From group exhibitions to live drawing sessions and community events, CAC exists to spark connection, amplify artistic voices, and cultivate a thriving arts community within Caldwell, the Western Treasure Valley, and beyond.
